A $1,125 check was presented October 13th by Lei Liu MD, PhD (Internal Medicine) at Wichita Clinic to Patrick J. Hanrahan, President of United Way of the Plains. Wichita Clinic employees raised the money through donations to participate in a Jeans Day held on August 1, 2008.
With over 160 doctors practicing over 40 specialties, Wichita Clinic P.A. is the state’s largest outpatient multi-specialty group practice and is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Owned and governed by its doctors, Wichita Clinic presently has twelve locations in Kansas and the Wichita metropolitan area. More than half a million patient visits were made to Wichita Clinic in 2007. Wichita Clinic currently operates in Sedgwick, Harvey and Butler counties.
