Welcome to Wichita Clinic's Allergy and Asthma Department! For your convenience, we are now providing our patient history form online, so that you are able to fill it out prior to your arrival in our office. It can be accessed by clicking on the General Information for Wichita Clinic and Allergies and Asthma section. The Allergy and Asthma department will begin offering an allergy shot clinic on Wednesday afternoons at Wichita Clinic Northeast effective immediately. Heather Vas, PA-C will also be providing follow-up appointments for allergy and asthma patients at the Northeast branch on Wednesday afternoons. The main Allergy and Asthma department will continue to be located at Wichita Clinic Murdock, and all initial patient visits must be scheduled at this location. Allergy and asthma appointments for both locations can be made by calling (316) 689-9278.
