Endometriosis

• Enrollment Criteria: Women with a documented history of endometriosis by laparoscopy

Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

• Enrollment Criteria: Documented history of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Rheumatology

Gout

• Spaces Available:
• Enrollment Criteria: Men and Women between the ages of 18-80. History of greater or equal to 2 gout flares per year.
• Length of Study: 20 weeks
• Type of Medication for Study: Daily Allopurinol/Study drug injection once a week

Osteoarthritis

• Enrollment Criteria: Diagnosis of Osteoarthritis with chronic use of NSAIDS
• Length of Study: 6 months
• Type of Medication for Study: Oral

Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis

• Spaces Available:
• Enrollment Criteria: Must have Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis for at least 6 months, and have or be at risk for heart disease (including family history or diabetes)
• Length of Study: 42 weeks
• Type of Medication for Study: Oral
• Location of Study: Murdock

Rheumatoid Arthritis

• Spaces Available:
• Enrollment Criteria: Must be diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, be 18 years or older, have 5 or more tender joints, 4 or more swollen joints, and have had an unsatisfactory response or intolerance to at least one traditional DMARD
• Length of Study: 12 weeks with an open label extension
• Type of Medication for Study: Subcutaneous
• Location of Study: Murdock

Rheumatoid Arthritis

• Spaces Available: 5
• Enrollment Criteria: Must have rheumatoid arthritis for less than 2 years, be 18 years of age or older, and have never taken a medication called methotrexate.
• Length of Study: 2 years
• Type of Medication for Study: IV
