Financial Assistance

Wichita Clinic, PA understands that medical expenses are not always planned or expected, and therefore may create some hardship to your family’s personal budget. We offer several payment options to help with this.

Payment Plan

For those who are unable to pay their balance in full, we offer a payment plan that allows you to pay your balance over a period of time. Any balance remaining unpaid after 60 days will be subject to a service charge. To set up a payment plan, please call: (316) 689-9135.

Bank Financing

Saturday mammograms are available at Eberly Farm on Saturday, August 2nd from 9 am to 1 pm. Please call (316) 946-1710 to set up an appointment time.

School and Sports physicals are available on Saturdays at Eberly Farm and Derby. Physicals will be offered July 26th, August 2nd and August 9th at Eberly Farm from 9 am to 1 pm. Physicals will be offered at Derby on August 2nd and August 9th from 8 am to noon. Appointments at Eberly Farm can be scheduled by calling (316) 945-0142. Appointments for Derby can be made by calling (316) 789-8222.

Wichita Clinic Diabetes Education Classes are offered in a two day format, Mondays and Thursdays each week from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
